Most common technical difficulties:
Once you have download the game Chrome browser might tell you it's not safe to save/open the file. It's ok, click KEEP. It happens because there is install.exe file inside zip file you download and Chrome thinks it might be a virus. It is not, so feel safe to click KEEP
When the file is unzipped and you click install.exe file your antivirus or firewall might say something like "unknown file, are you sure you want to install it". Say yes
When you launch your game and if your screen messed up with the graphic ( pictures and buttons not in the right place ) you need to edit the screen resolution settings
If your transport freezes on the global map while you want to move between cities then drag or shake the map with right button of your mouse and it will keep moving
